Fried Pork with Korean Spicy Sauce

1. Reserve the pork hind leg.

2. Wash the lettuce and set aside.

3. Onion, garlic, and ginger are spared.

4. Cut the pork into larger slices.

5. Add chopped onion, minced garlic and ginger, add oil and mix well.

6. Add oyster sauce, five-spice powder, ginger powder, salt, white wine, and Korean hot sauce, stir well and marinate for 30 minutes.

7. The color of the marinated meat is great.

8. Heat oil in a frying pan and add onions.

9. Stack the marinated meat slices in order and fry them slowly throughout the process.

10. Fry until cooked through, be sure to turn it a few times! Add onions again to improve the flavor.

Tips:
