Fried Potato Box

After the potatoes are cooked, they are hot, peeled and pressed into a puree. Add appropriate amount of salt and crushed black pepper, mix well and let cool for later use.

Pour out the chili tuna and drain the juice with a strainer. Cut the onion into cubes and shred the cheese. Set aside.
