Fried Potato Box

1. After the potatoes are cooked, they are hot, peeled and pressed into a puree. Add appropriate amount of salt and crushed black pepper, mix well and let cool for later use.

2. Pour out the chili tuna and drain the juice with a strainer. Cut the onion into cubes and shred the cheese. Set aside.

3. Take a saucepan, pour in an appropriate amount of oil and heat, then pour in the onion diced and a little salt to fragrant, turn off the heat.

4. Pour in the drained tuna, mix well and let cool, set aside.

5. After the tuna filling is cooled, add shredded cheese and mix well to become the filling of the potato box.

6. Prepare flour, bread crumbs and egg liquid.

7. Take an appropriate amount of mashed potatoes (size as you like) and knead it into a nest shape with your hands.

8. Put in the fillings and slowly close the mouth with a tiger's mouth.

9. After closing the mouth, gently knead it into a pie with your hands.

10. Each one is evenly glued with flour, then with egg liquid, and finally with bread crumbs.

11. Put the cooked dough into 70% hot oil, and fry it until golden brown on both sides; (When turning the dough, it must be light, otherwise it will crack easily. You can also add more oil to soak it in the oil. Fried inside, I'm to save fuel).

12. Pick up the fried potato box and place it on absorbent paper. Let it cool and you can eat it.
