Fried Potatoes with Sword Beans

Pluck two beans;

Peel the potatoes and cut into strips;
3.
Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot;
4.
Stir fry with beans;
5.
Stir-fry for about 15 minutes, so that the skins are wrinkled (canavalin beans will be toxic if they are not fried thoroughly);
6.
Join the soy sauce;
7.
Add the peppercorns;
8.
Add the potato chips and continue to fry for a while, pour in an appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and simmer slightly;
9.
Out of the pot, complete.
