Fried Prawns with Double Pepper
1.
Roche prawns must be washed.

Dice red and green peppers. Cut ginger and green onions into small pieces. Slice garlic.

Fill a small bowl with light soy sauce, steamed fish soy sauce, starch, and salt, and mix well.

Boil water in a pot, add cooking wine, add Roche prawns and blanch until the color changes and remove.

Add oil to the pot and saute fragrant ginger, green onions, and garlic over low heat.

Add diced red pepper and diced green pepper until fragrant.

Add Roche shrimp and stir well.

Add the tuned sauce and stir well.

Tips:
1. Steamed fish with soy sauce and soy sauce have a salty taste, only add a little salt.
