Wontons with Fresh Meat and Shrimp

Chop the lean meat, add minced ginger and shallots, 10 grams of oyster sauce, a little cooking oil, appropriate amount of water, 2 grams of refined salt, 5 grams of light soy sauce, and beaten regularly. For lean meats, tenderloin is generally used.

After buying the prawns, rinse them well and freeze them in the refrigerator for half an hour. It is easy to remove the shell, and cut the shrimp into small pieces. Add the meat paste from step 1 and mix well.

Take a piece of wonton wrapper, put an appropriate amount of meat, a shrimp. First, the upper and lower corners are diagonally opposite, and then the left and right folds are folded. Wonton wrappers are relatively small and should not be filled too much.

As shown in the picture above, gently pinch it back. Don't pinch it too tightly. Just put them together. Too much effort is easy to break.

Wrapped wontons. Boil the pot under water, cook until it floats, and it will be out of the pot in one or two seconds. Put seaweed, chopped green onion, salt, pepper, sesame oil, soup, and wonton in a bowl.

Tips:
Preservation of raw wontons: Freezer preservation. It can be put on a pallet and stored in a bag after freezing. When it is boiling, the pot is under water.
