Salt Grilled Fresh Prawns

Prepare all the ingredients, choose Roche shrimp, of course, to be fresh and lively.

Cut off the beard of Roche shrimp, put it in a bowl, mix with wine, black pepper powder, coriander, ginger, basil, and green onions for 10 minutes
