Fried Radish

Pickled green radish sticks in autumn

Some salty water soaks for about 5 minutes.

Stir-fry carrot sticks in a pan with hot oil.

Just add the right amount of light soy sauce, it's salty, don't add salt.

Add some water to boil

Cover the pot and cook for about five minutes before serving.
Tips:
Soak in water to reduce saltiness and serve food.
