Fried Radish Seedlings with Fermented Bean Curd

Wash the radish sprouts in the water.

Cut the washed radish sprouts into two pieces for later use.

Prepare two small pieces of marinated fermented bean curd.

Use a spoon to press the fermented bean curd into a puree, add a spoon of water, a little salt, appropriate amount of soy sauce and monosodium glutamate to make a sauce bowl.

Cut the pepper into sections, pat the garlic and chop into puree.

Heat the wok, pour in cooking oil, add chili and garlic and stir fry until fragrant.
7.
Add the radish sprouts and stir fry until broken.
8.
Pour in the tuned fermented bean curd-flavored sauce, stir fry and mix well.
Tips:
Fermented bean curd contains heavy salt, so you should put less or no salt in it.
