Fried Razor Clams

Wash the razor clams and boil them in boiling water for 2 minutes.

Prepare green onion, ginger and garlic.

Shred the onion.

Dried chili.

Chopped coriander.

Put oil in the pot and put a little more.

Heat the oil to 70% and let the chilies dry.

Add green onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant.

Add the razor clams and stir fry, add salt, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce, and fry until 7 is ripe.

Add onions.

Stir-fry onions and add coriander.

When it's done, put the remaining coriander on the plate.
Tips:
The clams must be washed well, otherwise there will be sand that can’t be eaten. Just wash it with water several times. The water should not be too long or too short. It is almost the same when the clams are opened. Fire, don't add water to boil! The frying time cannot be too long or it will be old!
