Fried Red Fruit

1. Wash all red fruits and remove the pits (you can use a thick straw to poke into the middle of the fruit to remove the pits)

2. Prepare the right amount of rock sugar

3. Put the red fruit in a boiling pot, add appropriate amount of water, rock sugar, and a little salt to boil over high heat

4. After the high heat is boiled, turn to low heat (if the high heat is kept, the red fruit will be broken), cook until the juice is almost collected, and then turn off the heat (don't cover the pot during the whole cooking process)

5. It's really sweet and sour. I left some of the soup to cool and it tasted great.
