Fried Rice Cake

Slice the pleurotus eryngii, carrots, and ham sausage, wash the bitter cocoa and cut off the water in the middle;

Hot pan with oil;

After the oil is hot, put the eryngii mushrooms in a pot and stir fry for a while to get a fragrance;

Put the carrots and ham sausage in the pot and stir fry for one minute;

Put in rice cakes;

Stir fry a few times, then add oyster sauce;

Add appropriate amount of water and continue to stir fry for a while;

Put the bittern in the pot;

Stir fry until the bitterness becomes soft;

Tips:
Rice cakes tend to stick to the pan, so it is better to use a non-stick pan.
