Fried Rice Cake

Cut the rice cake into slices, so the slices are smaller because it is considered for children to eat.

Cut all the vegetables into slices with the same thickness as the rice cake slices (in addition, some beef tenderloin slices of the same size are prepared, if you don’t have it, you can skip it)

Put the beef slices in a small bowl separately, put a little cooking wine, a little salt and a little starch, and marinate for a few minutes.

Heat up the pot, pour an appropriate amount of salad oil (15ML) into the pot, turn on high heat, first stir-fry the vegetables for half a minute, then pour the rice cake slices and stir fry quickly

If it is really dry, you can add a little bit of boiling water. When the rice cake slices become soft and sticky, pour in the beef slices, stir-fry until the beef slices are completely discolored, season with salt and chicken essence, and sprinkle some green onion. Ready to cook
