Fried Rice Noodles

Matsutake mushrooms and Xiangru are crushed and soaked in boiling water.

Soak rice noodles in cold water. Cut green onions, chop onions, chop leeks, and shred cabbage.

Shred the shrimp and shred the pork.

Heat the wok and put it in a smooth pan. Change the cold oil to the shiitake mushrooms, matsutake mushrooms, green onion stalks, and chopped onions. Sauté over a slow fire until fragrant. Add pork, eggs, and chopped leeks. Stir-fry the dark soy sauce and oyster sauce until the noodles are soft, add cabbage, pepper, and appropriate amount of oil and continue to fry until dry and fragrant.

Pour the sesame oil, add the green onion leaves and stir-fry well and transfer to the pan.
