Fried Rice Noodles

Shred cabbage, eryngii mushrooms and pickled peppers, slice sausages, and cut celery and garlic into sections.

The pho is shaken and set aside.

Put light soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt in a bowl, and mix with appropriate amount of water to make a sauce.

Put the right amount of oil in the pot and sauté the garlic until fragrant. Then pour in the cabbage, pickled peppers, sausage, celery and garlic sprouts and stir-fry evenly.

Add the pho and stir-fry quickly evenly with the help of chopsticks.
6.
Pour in the sauce, mix well and serve.
