Fried Rice with Capers, Eggs and Diced Pork

A plate of rice overnight.

Cut the lean meat into small cubes, add some pepper, cornstarch, and a spoonful of peanut oil to marinate.

Capers, carrots, and garlic leaves are treated as shown in the figure.

Beat two eggs into the pan and fry until finely chopped.

Tips:
1. It is recommended to use Thai rice cooked with fragrant rice, and keep it fresh overnight in the refrigerator. The fried rice will taste dry and distinct.
2. After all the ingredients are put into the pot, stir fry over high heat, and fry until the rice is heated through. It will not take too long. It is recommended to use light soy sauce to make the color better.
