There are some leftovers in the family, 2 people can’t eat enough, and 1 is a bit too much, so I have a brainstorm and the leftovers are just right for 2 people to eat!

Ingredients

Fried Rice with Carrot Bacon and Egg

1. Chop carrots and bacon and set aside;

2. Hot oil

3. Put the bacon and stir-fry until the fat is almost transparent;

4. Pour the carrots and continue to stir fry;

5. Stir-fry the carrots until they become soft, pour the leftover rice;

6. Use the spatula to stir-fry the rice until it is granular;

7. Pour in appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce and other seasonings, and mix well;

8. Pour in the chopped green onion and stir evenly out of the pot!

Tips:

1. Note that if the bacon is over-fried, it will be difficult to chew and taste worse;
