Mustard Rice

Wash the mustard and shred it

Dried shrimp, peeled and diced

Carrots are shredded with a cutter

Sausage and soy sauce meat steamed

Diced sausage and soy sauce meat

Soak the shiitake mushrooms, shred them, and chop chopped green onion.

Heat the frying pan, I like to use lard for frying. Add the mushrooms and carrots and stir fry, then add the mustard greens and stir fry, then add the sausage, soy sauce meat and dried shrimps and stir fry.

Add rice and stir-fry, add a spoonful of salt, two spoonfuls of rice wine, and one spoonful of MSG and stir well.

Sprinkle chopped green onion and stir fry before serving, serve out the pan, fill the bowl, and you're done!
Tips:
It was supposed to be fried with glutinous rice, but unfortunately the stomach can't adapt to glutinous rice, so I switched to fried rice with overnight rice, which was just as delicious.
