Today I used cucumbers for making pineapple rice bowls, but most of them are left. I don’t want to eat them raw or waste them. If there are some leftovers in the pot, let’s have a quick fried rice!

Ingredients

Fried Rice with Cucumber and Bacon

1. Chop ginger and bacon;

2. Dice carrots and cucumbers;
