Fried Rice with Dried Radish and Egg

A plate of overnight rice

Dried radish, carrots, garlic, and garlic sprouts are finely chopped

Tips:
1. It is recommended to use Thai rice cooked with fragrant rice. After adding water, soak it for 15 minutes and then press to cook the rice. The effect is better. After the rice is cooled, add a fresh-keeping bag to the refrigerator to keep it fresh for one night. The fried rice will be drier.
