Fried Rice with Lard

Put the lard in a hot pan.

Cut the ham sausage into the pan and burst slightly.
3.
Put the leftover rice in the pot, use a spatula to scatter the rice and stir-fry evenly.
4.
Season with a pinch of salt, chicken essence, and soy sauce.
5.
Stir fry for a few minutes and it will be out of the pot.
6.
Simple and crude fried leftovers.
