Fried Rice with Mustard Squid Rolls

Carrots, shiitake mushrooms, squid rolls, mustard tuber, cut into cubes

Put the rice in a clean plastic bag, beat three egg yolks into the rice, and rub the rice and egg yolks evenly with your hands. Put the egg whites in another bowl.
