Fried Rice with Oil Residue and Soy Sauce Egg

Prepare a plate of overnight rice.

Cut the fat into small pieces and fry them into greasy residue.

Cut the fried oil residue into small cubes, and cut the green onion into small pieces.

Tips:
1. It is recommended to cook rice with Thai fragrant rice and keep it fresh overnight in the refrigerator. The fried rice will taste dry.
2. Half the amount of light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, or a little more dark soy sauce, will do, the color of the fried rice will look better.
