Fried Rice with Seafood and Wild Rice

Soak wild rice overnight to make it full of water and swell. The soaked wild rice is a little bit burst as shown in the picture.

Prepare a small soup pot, add a little water, add less ginger strips, and blanch the clams

Cook wild rice on a rice cooker

The blanched clams will open and take out the meat
