Zizania sibiricum is a perennial aquatic herb rich in water villages in southern my country. Its leaves are like pampas grass, and its seeds are called wild rice. Nowadays, although Zizania sibiricum can decorate the table, wild rice can be said to be rare, and it can be called the "caviar in grains."

Fried Rice with Seafood and Wild Rice

1. Soak wild rice overnight to make it full of water and swell. The soaked wild rice is a little bit burst as shown in the picture.

2. Prepare a small soup pot, add a little water, add less ginger strips, and blanch the clams

3. Cook wild rice on a rice cooker

4. The blanched clams will open and take out the meat

5. Pick up the frying pan, add the clams, add a little cooking wine, stir fry and serve

6. Prepare ground onion, carrot slices, shiitake mushroom slices, and some diced bamboo shoots

7. Leave a little oil in the frying pan, add the chopped onion and sauté, then add the mushroom slices, add the carrot slices and diced bamboo shoots and stir well

8. Add cooked wild rice

9. After stir-frying, add the clam meat, add salt and stir-fry well, sprinkle with chopped green onion
