Rice, Tomato and Pork Belly Soup

Ingredients: Wash the processed pork belly and blanch it for later use

Cut the pork belly into strips after blanching

Ginger minced

2 tomatoes peeled, fresh mushrooms washed

Wash the wild rice and set aside

Boil water, add pork belly strips and wild rice, bring to a boil over high heat, turn to a simmer for 1 hour and 30 minutes

Add the whole tomatoes and mushrooms and cook for another 40 minutes

Finally add pepper and salt to taste
Tips:
1. This soup is especially suitable for frequent urination and girls with weak body and leucorrhea;
2. The pork belly must be scrubbed with salt and flour several times until the surface has no mucus and no peculiar smell, and the fat in the pork belly must be removed. The soup cooked in this way is fresh. If the pork belly is not cleaned, the soup will have a strange smell. After washing the pork belly with salt and flour, you can also wash the pork belly with salt and vinegar;
