Fried Rice with Shrimp and Egg

Shell the prawns and dice, prepare the ham and corn kernels, and chop the scallion.

Add a proper amount of oil to the pot, heat up on high heat, add the ham sausage and fry until slightly charred and set aside.

Leave the oil in the pot, stir in the eggs and stir-fry them for later use.

Add a proper amount of oil to the pot, stir-fry the scallions, add the shrimps and stir-fry until the color changes.

Pour in the corn kernels and stir fry for about 1 minute.

Add the previously prepared rice, drizzle in soy sauce and stir fry evenly.

Add the ham and eggs and stir-fry, then turn off the heat.

The fragrant fried rice is on the table.
