This fried rice is a breakfast for my husband one day. The green cabbage is paired with tender meat. The addition of chilli and green onion is very fragrant and appetizing!

Fried Rice with Sliced Pork and Cabbage

1. Put some light soy sauce, oyster sauce and cooking wine on the lean meat, stir well, and marinate for a while

2. Wash the cabbage and drain the water

3. Wash the chives and chopped green onions, wash and chop the chives

4. Pour the oil in a hot pan, add the lean meat and stir fry until the color changes, add the chili and stir fragrant

5. Put the cabbage and stir evenly, add the leftover rice and stir evenly

Tips:

Lean meat will be more delicious when marinated for a while, and it will be more tender and delicious when fried!
