Fried Rice with Xo Sauce

Prepare cold rice, eggs and XO sauce.

Heat up the pan and add oil.
3.
Beat the eggs in the rice and mix until loose.
4.
Fry the egg-liquid rice in the pan.
5.
Add appropriate amount of fine salt and stir fry.
6.
When the rice is loose, add 1 tbsp of XO sauce and fry until fragrant.
7.
Turn to low heat, add chopped green onion and fry until fragrant, then turn off the heat.

A delicious and visible fried rice with XO sauce is completed.
