Fried River Prawns

Prepare the ingredients

Wash the river prawns and trim their whiskers
3.
Cut ginger, green onion, green pepper
4.
Take a bowl, add 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of water, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 spoon of cornstarch

Heat the oil in the pot and fry the prawns

Deep fry
7.
Keep the oil in the pan, saute fragrant ginger and green onions

Add river prawns and green pepper slices
9.
Add the tuned sauce
10.
Stir fry a few times to coat the sauce evenly

Tips:
1. When the oil is hot, the bottom of the pan is bubbling into the shrimps. You can take them out and re-fry them to make them more crispy.
2. The sauce should not be too much, you can add half of it first.
