Fried River Prawns

Half a catty of river prawns, wash and set aside

Chopped green onions and tender ginger
3.
Pickled peppers and garlic
4.
Saute ginger, garlic, and chili first

Then stir-fry the river prawns, add cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce, and stir-fry chicken essence until delicious

Finally, add the chopped green onion, mix well and put on a plate
