Fried Salmon with Lemon Cheese

Marinate the salmon with salt, olive oil and black pepper for 1 hour

Dice all side dishes

The marinated salmon is fried in a pan to the degree of maturity you like, I prefer 8 minutes

Put the fried vegetables on the bottom, put a slice of cheese, and finally put the salmon (just out of the pan with temperature), squeeze a few drops of lemon juice, and finally top with the yogurt salad.
