Fried Sardines

Clean up the sardines, wash and mince the green onion and ginger

Add salt, cooking wine, green onion and ginger, mix well, marinate for more than 30 minutes

Beat the eggs and add starch

Mix cumin powder and chili powder evenly

Put the marinated sardines in the egg mixture and coat it with a layer of egg mixture

Hot pot with cold oil, add sardines
7.
Fry it on one side until it becomes hard, turn it over and continue to fry the other side, and fry it until both sides are golden brown.
8.
Bring the oil to a boil on high heat, add the sardines and re-fry for about two minutes to remove the oil and sprinkle with cumin powder.
Tips:
Deep-fried sardines are more crispy
If you don’t like cumin powder, you can add salt and pepper
