Fried Sauce

Separately stir the lean and fatty meat into minced meat, chop the ginger and green onions into mince, open the sweet sauce and prepare.

Pour the salad oil in a hot pan and fry the minced pork over medium heat until the oil comes out.

Stir-fry the minced ginger for a fragrant flavor.

Stir-fry the minced pork until the color changes.

Add chopped green onions and stir well.

Add sweet sauce, stir-fry until bubbling, turn to low heat and stir for 5-6 minutes, pour in the head to extract fresh, sprinkle in sesame seeds, and remove.
Tips:
Only a small amount of salad oil is used, because the fat meat can be fried in the pan first to get the fat oil, and it will not be too oily when eaten.
