Fried Saury

Ingredients: saury (washed), sliced ginger

Cut the cleaned saury head off.

Then, put the ginger slices and add the right amount of cooking wine.

Add the right amount of salt.

Grab well and marinate for 1 hour and a half.

Put the saucepan on the fire, pour oil and heat, add the marinated saury and fry until golden on both sides.
