Fried Saury

Remove the internal organs and peritoneum of the saury, wash and drain the water, and cut in half, so that it is convenient for frying. The fish sections are close to the wall of the pan and gathered on the fire, which can be cooked more evenly

Heat the pan, pour in a proper amount of oil, put the saury in the pan, keep it on high heat and fry for about 3 minutes

Adjust to medium and low heat and continue to fry until the skin of the fish is golden brown

The fried saury exudes a lot of fat. Pick up the fried fish and pour out the fat.

Tips:
Fry the fish with patience. Start frying on high heat for about 3 minutes, so that the skin is not easy to break, then adjust to medium and low heat and fry until the meat inside is cooked through. The whole process is about 20 minutes~
