Fried Scallops with Cucumber

First process the ingredients. Remove the black tail of the scallop meat, wash and set aside; cut the cucumber in half vertically, pat it with a knife and cut into small pieces; cut the green onion and ginger.

Heat the oil, add the green onion and ginger until fragrant.

Pour the scallop meat and stir fry.

Stir-fry until the scallop meat has shrunk slightly, add the cucumber cubes and stir fry.

Stir-fry until the cucumber is broken, add salt and oyster sauce to taste, then serve.
