Fried Sea Crucian Carp with Cumin
1.
Wash the sea crucian carp that has been marinated in salt. When buying fish, merchants usually put salt, so it takes about half an hour to marinate. If you didn't have the pickling salt when you bought it, you can apply a uniform amount of salt at this step and let it marinate for half an hour.
2.
Squeeze the lemon juice and wipe the fish all over to remove the fishy.
3.
Just rinse it with clean water again.
4.
Pat the fish with some starch.
5.
Sprinkle with cumin powder.
6.
Heat the oil in the pot to ten percent hot, add the fish, and fry on low heat.
7.
Turn it over. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
8.
Finished product.
