Although our family often eats seafood, we don't buy sea crucian carp, because the most common seafood in my hometown is pomfret and hairtail.
Today LG bought a sea crucian carp, I tried braising it in brown sauce and it was not bad! It's very good. "

Braised Sea Carp

1. The sea crucian carp is scaled, gills, belly removed, washed, and a few strokes are made on the body of the fish.

2. Heat the oil in the pan, put the sea crucian carp and fry it.

3. Fry on both sides until golden brown.

4. Add ginger, garlic, cooking wine, sugar, water, dark soy sauce, and cook for 5 minutes.
