The taste and nutrition of the ingredients are completely preserved. No seasoning is added during the frying process. All the flavors are marinated in the body of the shrimp. The seemingly light dishes have full flavor.

Fried Shrimp

1. Peel the shrimps, peel off the shrimps, add the marinating ingredients and stir evenly, marinate for at least 1 hour

2. Carrots, cucumbers, peeled and diced

3. Mince scallion and ginger and set aside

4. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, heat it up, add the chopped green onion and ginger, and sauté until fragrant

5. Stir fry and add shrimps, stir fry

6. Stir-fry the shrimps until they are nine mature (bend over) and add the diced carrots and cucumbers, and add salt (these two vegetables are very cooked and don’t need to be fried for too long)

7. There is no need to add any seasonings except salt during the frying process, just fry it out of the pot.

Tips:

The umami taste of the shrimp is preserved to the greatest extent, and the ginger and cooking wine are deodorized
