Fried Shrimp

Pippi shrimps are cleaned and drained.

Chop the green onion, ginger and garlic for later use.
3.
Add more cooking oil to the pot and heat it up on high heat.
4.
Stir-fry the pipi prawns continuously.
5.
Stir-fry until the pipi shrimp changes color, add salt and chicken essence and stir-fry evenly.
6.
Stir-fry until the moisture is dry and the crust is slightly charred, add the onion, ginger, garlic and fry the aroma and turn off the heat.
7.
It is ready to be eaten out of the pan and served on a plate.
