Fried Shrimp

Wash the river prawns and drain the water

Cut the shrimp off the tongs, whiskers and feet

Tips:
1. Cut off the tongs, whiskers and feet of river prawns, which is easier to eat;
2. It takes longer to fry the river prawns until the skin of the prawns is slightly wrinkled, or it can be fried directly.
