Fried Shrimp Balls

Defrost the shrimp, peel off the shell and go to the sand line.

Shrimps are chopped into shrimp paste.

Chop the horseshoe and put it in the prawn paste.

Add minced meat.

One egg, separate the egg white and the yolk.

Add egg white to the ingredients.

Add salt and a pinch of five-spice powder.
8.
Add about 50 grams of cornstarch.
9.
Stir in a clockwise direction to form tendons.

Put oil in the pot.

After the oil temperature rises, squeeze the balls.

Fry on low fire until golden on both sides, then serve.
Tips:
1. The horseshoe is used for a crunchy taste, and you don’t need to add it if you don’t like it.
2. It's best to fry it on a low fire until the inside is fully cooked.
