Fried Shrimp with Celery

Frozen shrimp from the supermarket. After thawing, rinse repeatedly with running water, remove the shrimp thread and set aside.

Wash the celery section to tear off the fascia and cut it into an oblique knife. Thinly slice ginger.

Tips:
This shrimp must be washed clean. Then sauté the celery over low heat. Don't blanch the celery, it will be more fragrant. The seasoning is as light as possible.
