Fried Shrimp with Coconut Curry

Drain the prawns with paper towels, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and coat them with flour one by one, set aside

Adjust Philips Airfryer to 160 degrees and warm up for 3 minutes

Mix the eggs, butter, salt and pepper, and dip the shrimp into the mixture. Sprinkle with coconut powder or coconut milk until it penetrates the shrimp. Brush the surface with olive oil and put in Philips Airfryer for 10 minutes until the shrimp turns golden brown.

Mix all the curry ingredients in a separate bowl to serve as a sauce
