Fried Shrimp with Gold and Pearls

Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and blanch them.

Peel off the head, tail and shell of the shrimp and set aside.

Three main materials are ready.

Boil the oil and stir-fry the shrimp (friends who like to eat can also add ginger and garlic and stir-fry. My son doesn't like to eat them, so I didn't put them.)

Add corn and stir fry together. Shrimp and corn are easy to cook, just stir fry a few times.

Add the cauliflower and stir fry together. The cauliflower has already been blanched, so a few stir-fries are fine. Finally, add salt and season it before serving.

It's ready to be served! Golden (corn) + pearl (cauliflower) fried shrimps to share with you.

Add some small green onions, this dish is delicious in color and flavor.
Tips:
When peeling the shrimp, use scissors to remove the head and tail, and the shell in the middle can be easily peeled.
