I recommend the tea fragrant saute made two days ago. The taste is special. The tea leaves and shrimp shells are crispy and the shrimp meat is fresh and tender. It is definitely worth a try.

Ingredients

Fried Shrimp with Tea Flavor

1. Cut off the shrimp silk, then cut it from the back, remove the sand thread; marinate with salt, pepper, ginger and cooking wine for a quarter of an hour, cut the red pepper into cubes, and cut the green onion for use.

2. Soak the tea in boiling water, drain the water and squeeze it dry with your hands; heat the oil in the pan and fry the tea in a low fire (the oil can be slightly more than usual), and then remove the excess oil after frying.
