Fried Shrimp with Tea Flavor

Cut off the shrimp silk, then cut it from the back, remove the sand thread; marinate with salt, pepper, ginger and cooking wine for a quarter of an hour, cut the red pepper into cubes, and cut the green onion for use.

Soak the tea in boiling water, drain the water and squeeze it dry with your hands; heat the oil in the pan and fry the tea in a low fire (the oil can be slightly more than usual), and then remove the excess oil after frying.

After the pot is cleaned, add the oil to heat again, add the marinated shrimp and stir fry until fragrant, set aside

Put the oil in the pot again to heat up, add the fresh red pepper and sauté until fragrant; add the pre-fried tea leaves and shrimps and stir fry, add salt and a little dark soy sauce to taste; stir evenly, pour a little sesame oil and sprinkle with chopped green onion. Can be out of the pot
