Fried Shrimps

Wash the shrimp, remove the shrimp gun, shrimp silk and shrimp thread

Finely chop green onion and ginger, set aside

Starch and water for use

Stir fragrant green onion and ginger in a hot pot with oil

Put the prawns into the pot, stir fry until they turn red, press the head of the prawn with a spatula to fully release the oil
