Fried Small River Prawns with Garlic Sprouts
1.
Wash the fresh small river prawns, pick out the impurities, and fry them without oil and water (it’s a small one, right?)
2.
Prepare garlic sprouts and fried small river prawns
3.
Wash the garlic sprouts, remove the beards, and cut the head and tail into sections separately
4.
Heat up a pan, add a proper amount of oil, and sauté the garlic stems
5.
Add the small river prawns and stir fry for a while
6.
Pour in the soy sauce and stir fry evenly
7.
Add a little salt and chicken powder
8.
Pour in the garlic sprouts, if it feels too dry to stir fry, add a small amount of water appropriately
9.
Sprinkle some water and stir fry a few times
10.
Get the pot, put the pot!
Tips:
Soy sauce has a salty taste, just add a little salt. The garlic sprouts can be poured down and stir-fried for a few times. To deal with the fresh small river prawns, you must first select clean impurities, then wash twice and drain the water. Keep fresh in the refrigerator.
