Fried Small Yellow Croaker

Rinse the small yellow croaker with intestines and marinate with appropriate amount of salt and cooking wine for about 30 minutes

Tips:
Fry the fish on a low heat, preferably in a non-stick pan. When frying the fish, don’t rush to turn it over. Fry the fish on the side and turn it over again. This kind of small fish is suitable for empty mouthfuls.
