Fried Small Yellow Croaker

Clean the small yellow croaker, pour salt, ginger slices, and cooking wine into a bowl and marinate for half an hour to taste. I don’t like fish heads, so I removed them too

Add egg, flour and pepper to the marinated small yellow croaker to make a thin paste so that the small yellow croaker can be coated with flour

Add oil to the pot, heat to 90% heat, add small fish and fry until golden brown and remove

The delicious and beautiful little yellow croaker is out of the pot
Tips:
I prefer to eat the bones and they are not piercing, so I put the fried fish back into the pot and continued to fry for a few minutes
