Heat the pan, pour the oil, add the soybean paste, and stir-fry until fragrant
3.
Then add sugar, chicken powder, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, spicy oil and a little water
4.
Stir-fry and blend, pour into a small bowl and set aside
5.
Wash the pot and reheat it with oil, insert chopsticks and see bubbling around, indicating that the oil temperature is good
6.
Slide the stinky dry piece by piece into the oil pan
7.
Turn on medium and high fire, turn to the other side after deep-fried
8.
Deep fried until both sides are golden yellow
9.
Take out the oil control, put it on the plate and drizzle with the freshly boiled sauce. If you like it spicy like me, add some chopped peppers and dip it together to make it more fragrant.
Tips:
1. The sauce can be mixed freely according to your own taste
2. Smelly dry and tofu are tasteless like tofu. You need to dip it in the sauce after it is fried.
3. When frying, you need to open a medium-high fire. If the fire is too big, it will be easy to paste, and if the fire is too small, it will be easy to fry and will not be crisp
